Help Your Supporters Vote With These Tools

At this stage in the campaign, your primary call to action for all digital marketing should be getting out the vote. In most states, early and absentee voting is underway making this Election Month rather than day. For the most unreliable and infrequent voters, convenience is the primary obstacle so our goal is to make voting as easy as possible.

Unfortunately many state and local websites are clunky, not optimized for mobile, and aren’t AI-friendly. There are a few tools within the conservative ecosystem that do the job better, with a cleaner interface, and accurate data.

Vote Pro & VoteGOP

VotePro from the RNC is best option for most candidate campaigns. We covered this in depth in 2024, which you can read here, but the benefit of using VotePro is that you can get reports on the data you generate when you partner with the RNC. That’s something no state or county website can offer.

Vote.GOP offers a simple, all-in-one resource for registration, absentee ballot requests, early voting information, and election day details.

VoteSafe

VoteSafe, run by Elon Musk’s America PAC, covers all of the same functionality you’d expect, but also offers the America Pass, a digital card for Apple or Google Wallet that puts a voter’s customized information on one easy to access location.

They also offer their tools to organizations who want to partner with them.

Nudge

Nudge.vote is a white-label GOTV tool that gives a campaign, nonprofit, or trade association full control of the data, but this adds costs not present with the other options. If you want to own the data and the entire followup process – or for other reasons can’t use the other free tools – this is the best solution on our side.

The free tools keep data inside the conservative ecosystem, so you’re not helping the other side, but your supporters will now receive texts and emails from the RNC and America PAC, which could lead to fatigue.

Whichever route you go, pick one and stick with it. Then make sure it’s everywhere: homepage, email copy, social media bios, landing pages, volunteer scripts, QR codes. The repetition is the point here because it emphasizes that voting is the objective.

Match the Window

As we get closer to Election Day, deadlines pass so you’ll need to match the call to action to what is still available. Registration windows are mostly closed, but absentee ballot requests are still being accepted so lead with the convenience of voting by mail. Remember to incorporate digital into your ballot chase program.

Conclusion

The time for fundraising and volunteer recruitment is over. All of your digital campaign should be focused on getting out the vote.

These tools help you remove the friction, provide accurate and reliable information to supporters, and keep valuable data within the conservative ecosystem.
